Fungsi Future Continuus Tense

Digunakan untuk menyatakan durasi aktifitas yang dimulai di masa lalu sampai waktu tertentu di masa depan.

Contoh Kalimat:

Sarah will have been staying in this city for ten years by the end of this year.

Kami akan sudah tinggal di kota ini selama sepuluh tahun pada akhir  tahun ini.

Kalimat Positif

Rumus: Subject + will + have been + verb-ing

• They will have been staying in this hotel for seven days by tomorrow.

(Mereka besok akan sudah tinggal di hotel selama seminggu.)

• The scientists will have been working on finding the vaccine for thirty years by the end of this year.

(Ilmuan akan sudah bekerja menemukan vaksin selama tiga puluh tahun pada akhir tahun ini.)

• John will have been joining gym for one year by the end of this month.

John akan sudah bergabung gym selama setahun pada akhir bulan ini.

Kalimat Negatif

Rumus: Subject + will + not + have been + verb-ing

• They will not have been staying in this hotel for seven days by tomorrow.

(Mereka besok belum tinggal di hotel selama seminggu.)

• The scientists will not have been working on finding the vaccine for thirty years by the end of this year.

(Pada akhir tahun ini, Ilmuan belum bekerja selama tiga puluh tahun dalam menemukan vaksin.)

• John will not have been joining gym for one year by the end of this month.

(John belum member gym selama setahun pada akhir bulan ini.)
